Fallen First Responders

I knew Ed very well He was like a brother to me We went through the police academy together and we later served on a narcotics unit together for a short time . losing him was like losing my own brother. We spent every holiday together and my daughter's called him uncle and treated him no differently than as if he was our own flesh and blood he is greatly missed and there isnt a day that doesn't go by that I wonder what more I could have done to save him
